1951
A History That Commits
Our history began in 1951. Initially operating as the "Postęp" Disabled Persons’ Cooperative, we combined economic activity with a social mission — creating jobs and supporting the local economy. Over time, furniture manufacturing became our main specialization and remains the foundation of our business today.
Cooperation with IKEA – a Milestone
In 2007, we began our cooperation with IKEA, marking a breakthrough in our company’s development. It allowed us to expand operations, improve processes, and strengthen our position as a trusted supplier on the international market.
A New Chapter – Postęp Sp. z o.o.
In 2010, we transformed into a limited liability company, opening a new chapter in our history. This gave us new opportunities for growth, investment, and cooperation with global business partners.
Systematic Infrastructure Development
In recent years, we have dynamically expanded our production infrastructure:
- 2016 – expansion of the factory on Wroniecka Street, increasing our production capacity.
- 2019 – opening of Plant No. 2 on Wspólna 1F Street in Pniewy, where panel cutting and assembly of selected products take place.
- 2023 – launch of a finished goods warehouse on Poznańska 67A Street, which improved logistics and inventory management.

Today we are a modern and flexible company, ready to carry out large-scale furniture orders and long-term B2B partnerships. We proudly continue the “Postęp” tradition, growing in line with the values that have guided us since 1951.
